A message dated May 14, 2015, was read stating the Governor signed                                                              
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 15(JUD)                                                                                 
    "An Act relating to credits toward a sentence of imprisonment for                                                           
    certain persons under electronic monitoring; and relating to
